Recruitment and Selection Analyst

**Purpose** The Recruitment and Selection Analyst will be responsible for managing strategic recruitment processes for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership positions within the mining sector. This role acts as a facilitator between operational department needs and Human Resources practices, ensuring accurate hires aligned with organizational culture and business technical requirements. **Responsibilities** * + Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (screening, interviews, assessments, and closing). + Conduct competency-based interviews and prioritize candidate experience—both internal and external. + Map candidate profiles in collaboration with leadership teams, adopting a consultative approach to understand the technical needs of departments (e.g., mine, plant, maintenance, SSMA, geology, etc.). + Support the development and monitoring of the annual hiring plan. + Track Recruitment and Selection (R&S) metrics (time-to-hire, SLA compliance, hiring quality, early turnover). + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for R&S and HR processes. + Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining candidate relationships. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes. * Experience in industrial, operational, or highly complex environments, with the ability to manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously. * Proficiency in competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment techniques. * Ability to act consultatively with leadership teams, aligning job profiles and providing relevant market insights and talent pipeline analysis. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and capacity to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. * Willingness to conduct field visits to operational units and engage directly with mine, plant, and maintenance teams. **Desirable** * + Psychology degree (a differentiator due to theoretical foundation in profile and behavioral assessment). + Experience in the mining sector or with large-scale enterprises. + Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR management systems. + Experience mapping technical profiles (e.g., maintenance, mine operations, production, SSMA, geology, etc.).
