Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing medium-complexity procurement processes, supporting category strategy, and ensuring optimal commercial terms and supply performance. Collaborate with internal departments to identify savings opportunities **Purpose of the Role** To manage medium-complexity procurement processes and support category strategy, ensuring optimal commercial terms and supply performance, with focus on compliance, total cost, and operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute tenders (RFQ/RFP), technical/commercial evaluation, and contracting recommendations. * Negotiate medium-complexity contracts and agreements (services, MRO, and/or recurring contracts), ensuring favorable terms, SLAs, and risk mitigation (guarantees, penalties, price adjustments). * Manage suppliers: performance indicators, performance review meetings, action plans, and continuous improvement (cost, delivery, quality, safety). * Collaborate with internal departments (maintenance, production, engineering, finance) to align scope, schedule, budget, and priorities. * Identify savings/cost avoidance opportunities, standardization initiatives, framework agreements, and reduction of spot purchases. * Ensure process governance (approval authorities, audit trail, documentation) and support audits. * Produce management reports and category-specific opportunity pipelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields). * Experience: 3–7 years in procurement/supply chain and negotiation. * Technical skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel, ERP systems, cost analysis; e-sourcing and contract interpretation are desirable. * Advantage: Intermediate English proficiency. **Competencies** Negotiation and influence, analytical thinking, prioritization, responsible autonomy, and collaborative mindset.
