Focus on Environmental and Quality standards Inspector Operator \- LEM/BA **Date:** March 19, 2026 **Location:** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes, BA, BR, 47850\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City :** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes**State :** Bahia (BR\-BA)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 44462 **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Perform quantitative and qualitative inspection of goods against orders in dispatch and transfer receiving processes. * Validate shipment identification for dispatch, including correct identification for storage addressing. * Maintain organization of equipment, work tools, and PPE to ensure safe loading onto delivery vehicles, preventing damage and accident risks. * Perform correct physical loading of all trucks, observing dispatch process specifications and standards, controlling loading quality, avoiding damage and returns for reprocessing. * Inspect vehicles prior to loading and ensure use of checklists, wheel chocks, and removal of vehicle keys before commencing operations. * Conduct inventory stock counts. * Perform loading as specified in the DT (Transport Document), moving cargo while observing product type and quantities. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area. * Inspect forklifts and ensure completion of checklists before starting activities. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards, respecting and following established procedures and/or technical standards. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food quality and safety management system, meeting requirements, attending trainings, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing, Transportation, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the food quality and safety policy as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate—where applicable—in Food Safety Team (FST) meetings, HACCP study reviews, trainings, and other defined responsibilities; promote and encourage all food safety practices among colleagues. * Monitor Pre-Requisite Programs (PRPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs) as planned; immediately notify leadership upon deviation and ensure immediate corrective action. * Follow defined protocols and act independently during the process—not reporting to direct supervisor—if responsible for collecting samples for GMP+ scope analyses. * Utilize online quality parameter measurement data; where such data is unavailable at inspection points, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis to support process control and product quality improvement. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Education: Completed high school; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Forklift operator certification (NR\-11\). **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance (Commuter Pass, Parking, or Shuttle Service) * Pharmacy Benefits * Daycare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on goal achievement and results) * "Count on Us" Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual Insurance), Dell, plus universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location.
