In 2017, we expanded to Palmas-TO with our Distribution Center, enabling us to deliver fresh and healthy fruits daily to residents of Tocantins, thereby contributing to people’s well-being and nutrition. We are hiring a Dispatch Assistant whose mission is to support all activities related to the dispatch process of fruits grown on the farm, ensuring that customer demands are met efficiently, with quality and within the correct timeframe. This professional is responsible for assisting in fruit selection, sorting, preparation, and loading of shipments, following the order schedule and ensuring products reach customers in perfect condition. 1. Receive and verify dispatch orders, checking customer requirements and cross-referencing them with the daily schedule to ensure customer orders are correctly and satisfactorily fulfilled each day at the start of the work shift. 2. Select and sort fruits for dispatch, identifying fruits by type, ripeness, quality, and quantity specified in the order, to ensure only quality products compliant with the order are shipped to customers, according to the order schedule. 3. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packing and organizing fruits into plastic crates or appropriate packaging, then placing them onto pallets, to ensure safe and proper transportation while maintaining product integrity, daily as required for service fulfillment. 4. Inspect fruit conditions prior to dispatch, visually examining fruits to identify possible damage or defects, ensuring customers receive only products in perfect condition and meeting standards during loading. 5. Assist in truck loading by organizing, positioning, and securing loads appropriately inside vehicles, ensuring fruits are transported safely and without damage daily whenever fruit loading occurs for deliveries. 6. Validate dispatch documentation by verifying invoices, transport manifests, and other documents related to road freight transport, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and available for delivery trips, daily during shipment preparation and dispatch. 7. Maintain the dispatch area in optimal working conditions per the company’s quality and excellence standards, organizing workspaces, properly collecting and disposing of waste, cleaning and sanitizing premises, equipment, and work materials, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, organized, and operationally suitable environment daily. 8. Conduct dispatch inventories by verifying stored and ready-to-dispatch products to maintain absolute stock control and prevent delivery failures due to stock shortages, daily. 9. Report problems or data discrepancies, promptly informing the immediate supervisor of any issues related to inventory, orders, products, or logistics, to avoid errors, delays, service failures, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues, daily whenever any problem is identified. 10. Monitor the loading process of refrigerated vehicles, ensuring temperatures are correct and products are loaded according to technical criteria, guaranteeing fruits are transported under ideal quality preservation conditions during loading and transport, daily. 11. Support preparation of dispatch reports by recording relevant information regarding dispatched products, customers, delivery deadlines, and any incidents, to provide data for monitoring logistical performance of operations after each dispatch. 12. Assist in returning damaged products, receiving and registering returns of damaged or non-conforming items, ensuring such products are properly handled and controlled whenever damage returns occur.
