




Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in meal preparation, sanitation, kitchen organization, receiving and storing food items, in compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and food safety regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, cutting, grating, and chopping food items according to the chef's instructions; * Perform sanitation and organization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and the workplace, ensuring cleanliness and order; * Assist in plating dishes and replenishing food items at the buffet, adhering to established presentation and quality standards; * Receive, inspect, and store food and supplies, monitoring product expiration dates and quality; * Collaborate in preparing purchase lists based on site requirements and demand; * Comply with food safety regulations and good food handling practices to ensure consumer health and well-being; * Assist in organizing and controlling inventory, conducting periodic stocktaking and reporting material replenishment needs; * Participate in team training sessions and meetings to continuously improve and enhance kitchen processes; * Perform other related duties as required and directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of experience as a kitchen assistant; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling techniques; * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure; * Willingness to reside on a farm. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
