Collaboration with various departments to ensure the integrity of logistics information. **Job Description – Senior Logistics Analyst (Fugini Alimentos \- Cristalina/GO)** **Position:** Senior Logistics Analyst **Department:** Logistics **Sector:** Logistics **Work Location:** Fugini Alimentos Unit \- Cristalina/GO **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of both system-based and physical inventory data. * Conduct and oversee cyclic and general inventories, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. * Verify material movements between warehouses, production, and shipping departments. * Monitor inventory entries, exits, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and inventory control. * Support standardization and improvement of administrative logistics processes. * Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and track action plans. * Perform document verification for invoices, production orders, and other documents related to material movements. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, PCP, Quality, and Warehouse departments to ensure logistics information integrity. * Update material master data and support administrative controls management within the department. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to logistics processes. **Requirements\Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control within an industrial environment. * Hands-on experience with cyclic and general inventories. * Knowledge of inventory control and movement procedures. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, or similar). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, charts). * Analytical capability to identify discrepancies and prepare reports. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, inventory discrepancy rates, etc.). * Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator. * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively with various company departments. **Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00** **Benefits: Meal Allowance = R$163.62 \+ Health Insurance = R$208.75 \+ Life Insurance \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ 14th Salary.** Payment: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
