Job Summary: Retail professional responsible for deliveries, customer service, and logistical support to provide a special shopping experience. Key Highlights: 1. Performs deliveries of goods to customers, as well as various logistics tasks requested by the store manager. * Serve customers in person or by phone. * Package and pack goods. * Load and unload vehicles. * Pick goods, register them at the cash register, and arrange for their delivery, fulfilling orders. * Accompany the driver on home deliveries, assisting with loading and unloading goods. * Provide excellent customer service: greet customers respectfully, ask permission before entering their homes. * Handle goods with care. * Place goods where and how the customer indicates interest. * Record any customer complaints and report them to management. * Upon leaving the customer’s home, say: “Thank you very much.” * Always drive moderately, matching the speed of other vehicles. Avoid unnecessary overtaking and braking. * Do not perform abrupt maneuvers. * Organize and monitor vehicle usage schedules. * Plan deliveries along economical routes. * Record daily initial and final odometer readings, as well as any vehicle irregularities observed. * When refueling, always fill the tank completely and calculate average fuel consumption. * Arrange vehicle maintenance, ensuring cost-effective services are secured, with proper authorization. * Keep vehicles consistently clean. * Do not leave your post without authorization from the Cashier Supervisor. * Responsible for water and gas containers returned by customers (expired cylinders and empty LPG canisters).
