Job Summary: We are looking for a Design Lead for our Growth Marketing team, responsible for ensuring the quality of design processes, mentoring designers, and orchestrating the delivery pipeline. We currently have an opening for a Design Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. What will be your mission? Ensure adherence to design processes and deliverables (hierarchy, typography, contrast, reading flow). Mentor designers on technical tools (Figma/Adobe/Illustrator). Orchestrate the pipeline (briefings, priorities, SLAs, handoffs) and reduce rework. Document standards (guides, libraries, QA checklists). Measure and communicate results (creatives’ productivity and performance). Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Designer in real production workflows. Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop/Illustrator. Experience collaborating with feedback cycles. Hands-on experience across multiple digital channels (social media, email, landing pages).
