Ensure maintenance of facilities and equipment, preserving assets. * ### **Job Description** The Administrative Manager will report directly to the Administrative Directorate and be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing the club's internal processes, transparency, and institutional alignment. Main Responsibilities: + Plan, coordinate, and monitor administrative, financial, human resources, and support routines for sports, social, events, and maintenance departments. + Control costs, revenues, and cash flow, producing managerial reports and performance indicators to support decision-making. + Ensure execution of the approved budget by controlling costs, revenues, and cash flow, based on reports and performance indicators. + Lead and develop teams, promoting a collaborative, ethical, and productive environment aligned with Mampituba’s culture. + Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment, preserving assets and facility quality. + Monitor structural improvements and construction projects, ensuring technical and budgetary compliance. + Act as the liaison between the Directorate, employees, members, partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication, institutional conduct, and adherence to club guidelines. + Represent the Administrative Directorate in internal meetings and negotiations, always in compliance with the club’s strategic guidelines. Academic Qualifications: + Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
