* ### **Job Description**
Machine Operation: Prepare and operate universal milling machines and toolroom machines, performing full setup (workpiece clamping, tool selection, and cutting parameter definition).
Technical Reading: Interpret mechanical technical drawings, schematics, and tooling project specifications.
Precision Machining: Perform milling, drilling, boring, and grooving operations on various materials (steel, aluminum, copper, etc.).
Quality Control: Verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators, ensuring hundredth-millimeter tolerances.
Maintenance and Adjustment: Perform manual adjustments, polishing, and minor repairs on existing tools.
Technical Calculations: Apply trigonometry and workshop calculations to determine angles, coordinates, and divisions on indexing heads.
DESIRABLE:
