




Job Summary: A professional responsible for transportation, vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic laws, and vehicle care, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Providing ethical and discreet service, focusing on organization and punctuality Position: Driver Working Hours: 220 hours per month Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM / Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Transport employees, materials/equipment, medications, or documents for internal or external requests, as instructed via Service Order from Tasy, email, or phone call, following priority criteria indicated by the Director's Secretary; * Inspect and perform vehicle maintenance/revisions according to instructions and deadlines specified in vehicle manuals or whenever necessary at authorized dealerships or mechanical workshops; * Drive in compliance with traffic laws and practice defensive driving, adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels, and check water level, oil level, and tire pressure upon returning from trips outside the city; * Record lunch break time on time card whenever on external assignments; * Record mileage driven for the department in a dedicated spreadsheet whenever fulfilling area-related requests; * Ensure accessories such as GPS, vehicle radio, and mobile phone chargers remain functional and well-maintained; * Request invoices or fiscal receipts for external travel expenses, complying with Rede Santa Catarina’s travel policy limits, and enter invoices and generate reports in the Expense Reporting and Approval System; * Submit the 99 Taxi usage report in the invoice approval system, including cost allocation among user departments; * Recharge and monitor usage of electronic toll collection devices (ConectCar/Sem Parar); * Maintain confidentiality and discretion when transporting information, documents, or passengers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Proven experience in this role; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Basic knowledge of preventive mechanics and familiarity with local routes and regions are considered advantageous; * Customer-oriented profile and ethical conduct. **Desired Profile:** Ethics, commitment, strong communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, discretion and professional confidentiality, courteous service, organization, and diligent vehicle care.
