Job Summary: This Customer Service Representative A will provide in-person and telephone assistance, resolve customer inquiries, organize the workspace, support the team, and contribute to service improvement. Team support and contribution to service improvement Position Title: Customer Service Representative A Main Responsibilities: \- Provide in-person and telephone customer service, delivering information and efficiently and courteously resolving inquiries and issues. \- Assist in organizing and maintaining the work environment, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary materials. \- Support the A team. \- Contribute suggestions and ideas to improve customer service. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Prior experience in public-facing customer service, preferably in area A. \- Effective communication skills, empathy, and proactivity. \- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse situations. \- Basic knowledge of food handling techniques. \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of foreign languages, such as English and/or Spanish. \- Technical or higher education in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or Tourism. \- Experience in customer service at hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments.
