We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented **Retail Buyer** to strengthen our commercial operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring adequate store inventory, negotiating with suppliers, and building a competitive product mix aligned with customer needs. Key Responsibilities * Manage **retail product procurement**, ensuring efficient store replenishment. * **Negotiate with suppliers** to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, volume, and incentives). * Analyze **inventory turnover, sales, and margin**, determining restocking needs and new purchase orders. * Develop and maintain relationships with **suppliers and commercial partners**. * Identify **market trends and consumer behavior**, contributing to product mix definition. * Monitor performance metrics such as **sell\-in, sell\-out, margin, and stockouts**. * Collaborate with **logistics, marketing, and store operations** teams to execute commercial strategies. * Participate in planning **promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives**. Requirements * Prior experience in **procurement, preferably in retail**. * Knowledge of **commercial negotiation and supplier management**. * Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with **sales metrics and reports**. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields**.
