Job Summary: Inspect finished products to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, including product inspection, machine calibration, and test control. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of a team that builds life stories Inspect finished products to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform product inspection according to the pre\-defined defect classification criteria panel established by the Quality Assurance System; * Calibrate classification machines according to the inspection plan; * Monitor and control tests according to the inspection plan; \- Complete production reports and inspection records; \- Produce labels; * Open and register tone plates as needed; * Report process deviations to the responsible department; * Verify product tone variation according to tone variation criteria; * Use metrological instruments in the department according to procedure; * Calculate product sampling following the inspection plan; * Inspect product brands, pallets, labels, and barcodes according to the packing list or shipping manifest; * Notify the classification department regarding retained material for reclassification or arrange product return to the supplier; * Release or hold invoices and proformas; * Support the logistics department in order fulfillment by releasing or retaining products in the system; * Control pallet moisture levels; * Open non\-conformance reports for inspections performed, when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed * Knowledge of ceramic coating inspection is a plus **Additional Information** Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 6x2 schedule\. **Join Mohawk Brasil: where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of Mohawk Group, the global leader in surfacing solutions.
