




Job Summary: Collaborate in production scheduling by performing machine and resource capacity calculations, gathering detailed product information, and issuing and distributing work orders. The Tubarão plant specializes in manufacturing aluminum profiles for the civil construction market and also houses an anodizing unit—providing surface finishing for aluminum profiles—and serves as Hydro’s general tooling facility. In Tubarão, Hydro maintains a 39-hectare environmental reserve located three kilometers from the plant, with 85% native forest coverage and home to 176 different botanical species. **What We Offer You** --------------------------- Work at Hydro Extrusion Brasil S.A., supporting production scheduling per managerial guidance, performing calculations of machine and required resource capacities. Gather detailed information on products, components, and raw materials, and issue and distribute work orders to the production area. Support inventory control and monitor changes with production managers to ensure proper workflow. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Collaborate in production scheduling according to supervisor instructions, calculating available machine hours, required tools, fixtures, etc. * Collect information necessary to detail scheduled programs, specifying products, components, quantities, machines, man-hours, tools, equipment, and other direct and indirect production resources. * Issue and distribute work orders to the production area, specifying product, part, and machine requirements per the schedule. * Verify, under supervision, inventories required for the developed schedule, contacting the raw material scheduling department for any clarifications. * Notify production managers of any changes. * Conduct rotating inventories of metal and raw materials on the shop floor. Manage order processing and fulfillment via lead time. * **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- ### **Education:** * High school diploma required. * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, or Production Engineering preferred. ### **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills required. * Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and production flow processes preferred. * Power BI knowledge preferred. * ERP system experience (Datasul) preferred. * Basic English proficiency preferred. * Must be willing to reside in the Tubarão, Laguna, Capivari de Baixo, or Jaguaruna regions. * Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, negotiation ability, and teamwork orientation required.
