**Job Description:**

Plans and defines maintenance strategies according to asset criticality; develops and adjusts schedules considering available resources and priorities; monitors activity performance and produces reports for management. Maintains accurate asset records; analyzes failure data, costs, and downtime; uses historical information to identify improvements; ensures efficient use of labor and spare parts. Ensures proper assessment of equipment service life; collaborates with other departments to integrate processes and optimize maintenance-related projects; implements resource control systems; serves as the responsible person for the maintenance management system, supporting department leadership.
