This opportunity is intended for young individuals who wish to begin their professional careers, developing practical skills in a corporate environment while attending theoretical courses at a partner institution (SENAI). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Age between 14 and 24 years; High school currently in progress or completed; Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule, either in the morning or afternoon shift; Interest in developing within the administrative field. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Good communication skills; Organization; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Basic computer knowledge. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Cafeteria Rest area Athletic association **Work Location:** ---------------------- GDM \- HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Morning: 07:45 to 11:45; Afternoon: 13:30 to 17:30 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Young Apprentice Program in partnership with SENAI: 3 days at the company \+ 2 days of coursework (Plaszom I).
