Responsibilities include: \- Receiving and guiding customers, parents, guardians, and/or others by providing general information and directing them as needed; \- Resolving inquiries and providing general information, answering questions regarding schedules, events, and other relevant information; \- Scheduling meetings between customers and internal professionals, parents and coordinators, or other stakeholders, ensuring that times are suitable for all parties involved; \- Tracking and following up on meetings, and subsequently monitoring to ensure discussed issues are resolved and customers remain satisfied; \- Recording and tracking customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring complaints and suggestions to guarantee all matters are addressed appropriately and within a reasonable timeframe; \- Communicating proposed solutions and implementing improvements, informing customers about actions taken in response to their complaints and suggestions; \- Sending important notices and announcements, such as event notifications, schedule changes, and other essential information; \- Performing other duties inherent to the position or as determined by the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
