***Desirable Requirements:*** * Technical or higher education qualification. * Basic knowledge of computer networks. * Knowledge in assembling and maintaining computer equipment. * Willingness to learn. * Class B driver's license (CNH B) ***Brief Description of Activities:*** · Perform on\-site visits to the company's clients; · Execute computerization projects; · Provide telephone/email support to the client's users; · Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all computer equipment; · Install, configure, maintain, and test computer equipment; · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues upon requests from the client; · Assist the client's users during service at their facilities; · Assemble and install network cables and equipment; · Conduct inventory of computer equipment, ensuring information is always updated and accurate; · Assist in performing and restoring data backups, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and correct execution; · Perform other related job duties.
