**Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead machine setup (adjustment) and release production. Ensure product compliance through inspections and quality tests. Operate various types of extrusion machines. Address operational and technical issues. Train and guide Extrusion Operators at levels I and II. Perform daily extruder checklist. Monitor and control raw material mixing and silo levels. Possess knowledge and participate in the recovery process (Mill/Recovery). Perform cutting and winding of sheets on the winder. Weigh produced rolls. And other related activities. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ High School Diploma (Preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in extrusion. Advanced operational proficiency with extrusion machinery. Knowledge of raw materials. Knowledge and application of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) required.
