You will support the People & Management team in HR routines, helping manage the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding through internal development. * Support recruitment and selection processes (screening, scheduling, feedback). * Assist with onboarding of new employees. * Help manage time tracking, vacation requests, and internal personnel movements. * Update employee records and documents in HR systems. * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, engagement, and internal communication. * Assist in training and development programs. * Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and routines. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields—currently pursuing or completed. * Prior HR experience (internship or up to 2 years) in administrative or generalist HR routines. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR department routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). * Availability for 100% in-person work. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in recruiting and selecting operational and administrative positions. * Experience with payroll systems, electronic time tracking systems, or applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Participation in climate, engagement, or internal communication projects. * Certifications, short courses, or specialized training in HR.
