It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Focus on metal structure construction and roofing systems. Daily on-site construction progress monitoring. Reading, interpretation, and verification of execution drawings (structural, architectural, and complementary). Material verification: steel profiles, roof sheets, bolts, fasteners, flashings, gutters, and accessories. Verification of metal structure assembly (alignment, plumb, level, fastenings, and connections). Supervision of metal roof sheet and enclosure system installation. Measurement of completed works. Preparation and updating of DWRs (Daily Work Reports). Physical construction control and support in schedule monitoring. Interface with suppliers and subcontracted teams. Continuous communication with planning and management departments. Identification of execution deviations and technical decision-making support. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
