Responsibilities: \- Receive and monitor requests via the system. \- Classify requests as basic operational, commercial, or technical. \- Perform routine tasks and basic resolutions, such as: sample registration and updates, user creation and registration adjustments, equipment-in-test tracking, and drying-silo verification. \- Open cases whenever necessary, ensuring the responsible analyst receives complete support. \- Forward complex or critical requests to the technical advisory team or commercial team. \- Forward functional questions to Customer Success Analysts. \- Monitor SLA compliance and ensure no ticket is overlooked. \- Record all actions and maintain an updated history for tracking and SLA compliance. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- BENEFITS YOU’LL FIND HERE: Unimed Health Plan: Regional coverage with 50% of the monthly fee covered by the company and co-payment.
