




Position: Technical Safety Officer Workload: 220h Working hours: 7am to 5pm – Monday to Thursday / 7am to 4pm – Friday Main Responsibilities: Develop and promote improvements in working conditions by conducting assessments on risk factors such as accidents, noise exposure, dust, chemical agents, among others, through the implementation of preventive and corrective measures. Guide employees to help eliminate or reduce workplace accident risks, monitoring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Evaluate and monitor the implementation of accident prevention, occupational health, and environmental protection programs within the organization, as well as inspect safety systems, conduct investigations, and implement risk mitigation actions and accident cause resolutions. Conduct detailed analyses of prevention plans to ensure employee well-being and operational continuity, ensuring proper use of PPE and compliance with current legislation. Additionally, continuously evaluate the performance of institutional staff, anticipate potential process failures, and implement necessary corrections to ensure efficiency and workplace safety.
