During the talent pool’s validity period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible changes to benefits, working hours, or workload, as required. **What do we expect from you?** **Desired Profile:** * **Mandatory Academic Qualification:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, or completed high school **PLUS** qualifications in Exact Sciences. * **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct prospecting, acquisition, management, development, and dissemination of strategic and operational projects; \- Participate in requirements analysis meetings; \- Execute strategic and operational marketing activities, including visits, presentations, participation in events, and writing articles; \- Identify user needs to develop applications aligned with demands; \- Monitor and guide the implementation of new software and programs, ensuring user satisfaction within application standards, cost, and schedule constraints; \- Prepare user manuals for developed applications to facilitate usage; \- Research and study software and new tools to maintain and improve service quality provided by the area; \- Perform maintenance and updates of implementations, identifying technical and operational issues; \- Design and deliver training to users on accessing and using computational resources; \- Keep management informed and updated by preparing reports on identified problems and adopted solutions; \- Resolve issues arising during new software implementation with a strategic institutional perspective; \- Select and define executable and logical standards for application development to ensure technical consistency; \- Understand interactions and dependencies among components involved in software development, identifying opportunities for improvement; \- Document and update developed materials/artifacts, adhering to software development best practices; \- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. * **Required Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C\+\+; Familiarity with software development tools and technologies such as Git, Docker, and AWS; Knowledge of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; Experience in data analysis and statistical modeling; Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT. * **Mandatory Experience:** Minimum 6 months of verified experience in the field. * **Flexibility and Availability:** Willingness and ability to travel is required. **What We Offer:** * **Remuneration:** BRL 5,608.15 * **Benefits:** Medical and dental assistance; Meal or food allowance; Day Off; Childcare allowance; Corporate University; Payroll-deductible loan; Private pension plan; Career development program. **Selection Process: Eliminatory Stages** * All communication will occur exclusively via email.
