Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual with an interest in technology to provide on-site and remote technical support, as well as maintenance and configuration of IT systems, within a collaborative environment. Collaborative environment and opportunities for professional growth **We are looking for a proactive individual with an interest in technology to join our IT team!** If you have basic computer knowledge, enjoy solving technical problems, and wish to grow professionally in a collaborative environment, this position may be right for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * Support the installation and configuration of software, systems, and peripherals * Track technical tickets and collaborate in incident resolution * Support the IT team in documenting processes and updating inventory records * Follow best practices for information security and technological resource usage **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks * Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude when assisting users * Organizational skills and attention to detail in daily technical tasks * Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools, as well as printer maintenance experience, is desirable * Currently pursuing or having completed a technical course in Information Technology is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: (after 3 months of experience) * Health Insurance * Meal Allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Meal Allowance Work Location: On-site Salary: R$2.035,00 per month Work Location: On-site
