Meticulousness, attention to detail, proactivity, and discretion We seek a professional who can guarantee the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of facilities, promoting a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for all users (employees, customers, or visitors). Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Cleaning of rooms, offices, corridors, reception areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas Removal of regular and recyclable waste, including proper disposal and sanitization of trash bins. Preparation of meeting rooms, arrangement of spaces for events, or support in the kitchen. Cleaning of toilets, sinks, mirrors; restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Inventory control, storage, and requisition of supplies and equipment. Prepare coffee and coffee breaks when necessary Identify and report irregularities, maintenance needs, and facility damages **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** \- Completed elementary education; \- Experience in this role; \- Punctuality and time management, physical stamina, meticulousness and attention to detail, proactivity and discretion; If you identify with these qualifications, please send us your resume for evaluation!
