




Job Summary: A professional to plan and schedule inventories, monitor physical counts, analyze inventory results, investigate discrepancies, and track inventory movements to ensure data accuracy. Develop and enhance tools for inventory control and counting * Plan and schedule cyclic inventories (weekly, monthly, and quarterly); * Monitor daily physical counts and inventory verifications; * Analyze inventory results and propose short- and medium-term corrective solutions; * Investigate and resolve discrepancies in goods deliveries, based on return invoices; * Monitor the receipt of incoming invoices and assess their impact on inventory; * Track inventory movements and ensure data accuracy; * Participate in physical count audits (internal and those conducted by clients); * Contribute to operational planning focused on inventory management; * Prepare and update managerial inventory reports; * Propose cyclic inventory blocks following technical analysis; * Develop and enhance tools for inventory control and counting. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in inventory control and management; * Practical experience with cyclic and general physical inventories; * Familiarity with inventory audits and discrepancy analysis; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) is desirable.
