Manage the customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement. Monitor performance metrics and propose improvements to the support process. Support customer health analysis and report risks to coordination. Collaborate on SLA management and follow up on medium-complexity cases. Update and maintain an organized knowledge base with relevant information. Support the team in onboarding new customers and conducting internal training sessions. Participate in alignment meetings and contribute ideas for improvement projects. Support coordination and senior analysts in strategic and operational initiatives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or related areas. Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical thinking. Intermediate knowledge of CRM and Helpdesk tools. Familiarity with performance metrics (KPIs) and indicator management.
