Founded in 1993 in the city of Ribeirão Preto, it quickly gained preference and trust from customers in buying and selling new and used vehicles and has six additional branches spread across the interior of São Paulo state, offering diversified services such as maintenance, parts sales, accessories, and bodywork and painting facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure solutions. * Monitor and maintain servers and networks. * Plan and oversee annual budgets for expenses managed by the department. * Manage and administer operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.). * Configure and manage switches, routers, and firewalls. * Perform data backup and restore operations. * Identify and resolve performance and security issues. * Monitor and implement new technologies and market trends. * Participate in environment migration and upgrade projects. * Document infrastructure processes, procedures, and policies. * Provide technical support to users on matters related to IT infrastructure. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; experience with Windows and Linux, Windows Server policies, DNS and DHCP servers, VMWare, and Office 365. Advanced knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, VLAN, VPN, and governance in Microsoft Systems.
