




We are seeking a TOTVS DataSul Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for ERP modules, ensuring environment stability, efficient user assistance, and support for critical business processes. The professional will work closely with internal departments, contributing to incident resolution and continuous improvement of the environment. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical and functional support for TOTVS DataSul ERP modules (Finance, Billing, Procurement, Inventory, Controller, Accounting, among others). * Perform incident analysis, log investigation, and troubleshooting of errors in the DataSul environment. * Handle service requests via ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality support. * Support version upgrades, patch application, and acceptance testing. * Monitor critical business routines and ensure proper functioning of processes integrated with the system. * Collaborate with internal teams and TOTVS consultants to resolve complex issues. * Document procedures, solutions, and support workflows. Requirements: **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Software Analysis and Development or related field. * Experience with TOTVS DataSul. * Knowledge of key modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Billing, Accounting, Fixed Assets, or equivalent. * Basic understanding of Progress 4GL (reading, basic analysis, and troubleshooting). * Experience with SQL queries (Progress DB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server). * Understanding of DataSul environment components: AppServer, SmartClient, Database, WebServer. * Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 5,000.00 CLT; * Benefits: Meal and transportation allowances, medical and dental insurance, life insurance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite in Salto/SP); * Assignment at Beltis, a leading company in its segment.
