With a results-oriented and relationship-focused culture, we seek professionals who wish to grow alongside the company and generate direct impact on its results. **The Role's Challenge** Efficiently, safely, and with high quality, execute production activities for steel cable and chain slings, strictly adhering to Work Order (WO) specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with daily production schedules. **Responsibilities** * Review work orders to verify that received materials match production requirements. * Operate sewing machines, automatic and manual cutting machines (sleeves and straps), trailer cable cutting machines, and marking pens. * Assemble kits according to production orders (PO). * Produce trailer cables; install half-rings and securing tapes. * Close POs using control sheets. * Print labels for identifying produced materials. * Braid trailer cables to form eyes. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area. **Requirements** * **Physical Fitness:** This role requires good physical fitness and stamina. Although machinery support is available, significant physical effort is involved (handling heavy materials, operating machinery, maintaining proper posture). * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to accurately interpret and strictly follow technical specifications (WOs), measurements, and standards to prevent errors and waste. * **Machine Knowledge:** Proven experience and skill in safely operating industrial machinery, especially presses, lathes, and cable and chain cutting equipment. * **Commitment to Safety:** Heightened safety awareness and strict adherence to safety regulations and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Organization:** Ability to maintain a clean and organized workplace. * **Responsibility and Reliability:** Commitment to product quality, meeting deadlines, and correctly executing assigned tasks. * **Teamwork:** Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors. **Why Apply?** If you want to join a growing team, send your resume and help build the future with Okubo.
