




Grupo SEB is hiring a **SENIOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST** to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about our group: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct needs assessments for development, identifying individual and collective competency gaps aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. * Structure training programs for teaching teams using principles of andragogy, active methodologies, and design thinking to promote meaningful learning experiences. * Curate internal and external learning content and partnerships, ensuring solutions are inspiring, practical, and highly impactful on team performance. * Integrate new technologies and innovative approaches (EdTechs, AI applied to learning) into development journeys, increasing engagement and personalization. * Research, select, and manage national and international training providers and partners, ensuring technical quality, pedagogical alignment, and resource optimization. * Monitor the execution of training programs, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and success indicators. * Track and analyze learning and performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and impact measurement. * Design specific training strategies for different units and audiences, strengthening alignment between people development and organizational goals. * Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and leadership within teams, promoting an environment of constant growth. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Education, Andragogy, Instructional Design, People Management, or learning-related areas is desirable. * Previous experience in Training & Development, preferably focused on behavioral or educational training. * Experience in structuring training programs, content curation, and managing learning pathways. * Experience conducting development needs assessments and measuring L&D program outcomes. **Additional information** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs / Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs; * Work mode: On-site.
