***Senior Systems Analyst*** *Responsibilities* Serve as the liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective changes; Guide and support the implementation of new processes or improvements, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with company objectives; Develop and present informational materials that clarify the company’s services and processes for internal customers; Act as the primary point of contact for any adjustments and continuous improvements to the services provided; Provide training and support to internal customers; Analyze data to prepare detailed reports. *Qualifications* It will be a differentiator if you: Are familiar with the MIA, SOC, Pontotel, Gupy, UOL, Benup and/or Nexxera systems Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 \| Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 3 times per week \- Vila Olímpia Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
