Key responsibilities include: * Providing personalized service to cooperative members, identifying their needs and offering suitable financial solutions. * Prospecting new cooperative members using sales strategies and networking to grow the client base. * Developing and presenting proposals for financial products and services, such as investments, insurance, loans, and credit cards. * Monitoring the performance of the cooperative member portfolio, analyzing performance indicators, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Staying up-to-date on financial market trends and internal institutional policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Participating in training sessions and periodic meetings to align strategies and goals. * Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with cooperative members to enhance retention and increase business volume. * Managing and mitigating risks associated with the cooperative member portfolio, ensuring credit quality and minimizing defaults. * Using CRM tools and systems to record and track interactions with cooperative members, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of banking products and services, investments, and credit. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields. * Participation in finance-related courses and training programs. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Profit-sharing program, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
