**Job Opening: Speech-Language Pathologist – Occupational Hearing Health**

**Your Responsibilities**
* Conduct occupational audiological assessments (pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and complementary tests) in accordance with NR-7 regulations and PCMSO protocols;
* Map and monitor noise-related risks in workplaces, in collaboration with the occupational safety team;
* Issue reports, technical opinions, and expert assessments to support prevention programs (PGR and LTCAT);
* Develop and implement Hearing Conservation Programs (HCP), including training sessions and educational campaigns for employees exposed to noise;
* Assess and advise on vocal health, preventing dysphonia and other voice disorders among professionals with high vocal demand;
* Support corporate health promotion initiatives by integrating auditory and communicative aspects into occupational health practices.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active registration at the Federal Council of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (CREFONO);
* Knowledge of audiological testing and occupational health practices;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail;
* Prior experience in hearing conservation programs and corporate/industrial environments is preferred;
* Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Prata–MG.
**Work Routine**
* Providing services either at our facility or directly at client sites;
* Administering audiological tests and conducting periodic training sessions;
* Preparing technical reports and collaborating with other departments (medical and safety).
**Benefits:**
* Over 40 working hours per week, with an 8-hour daily schedule.
* ? Monthly salary ranging from BRL 8,500 to BRL 10,000.
Working hours may be increased immediately depending on demand.
