Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeDeservesCare** **Responsibilities and duties** **In your daily activities, you will** * Achieve sales and market penetration results by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Reach sales targets and market share through strategic planning, effectively allocating time and available financial resources; * Maximize promotional performance of the company's products by training, improving sales techniques, having thorough knowledge of promoted products, competitors, and especially physicians' prescribing behavior; * Ensure sustainability of the company's brands and maintenance of physician prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies, effectively addressing objections and expressed needs, maintaining consistent and sequential promotional visits with productive feedback and alignment with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, continuous updates and maintenance of medical registration data, and focused targeting of our products on key prescribing potential areas based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure an image of excellence for the company in the market through expertise, respectful and ethical conduct toward physicians, patients, and office staff; * Contribute to a better organizational climate by adopting a collaborative attitude and actively participating in seeking alternatives and providing suggestions together with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed or currently pursuing higher education; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Availability to reside in the city where the position is based; * Availability for travel. **You will stand out if you have:** * Preferably prior experience in sales or customer service roles. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (Base): **Crateús \- CE** Coverage regions: Crateús, Tauá, Canindé, Mombaça, Limoeiro, Morada Nova, Quixadá, Quixeramobim, Russas, Sobral, and Tianguá. Schedule: Monday to Friday – **44 weekly working hours** A valid CNH is **mandatory** for performing the role.
