




**Web Product Implementation Junior** **Hybrid – São Paulo** The professional will be responsible for implementing Web and Analytics products, specifically for critical customers of Google’s programs. The team supports customers worldwide who speak Spanish and Portuguese; therefore, fluent Spanish/Portuguese and intermediate English are essential. Experience/knowledge in web development technologies (HTML and JavaScript) and familiarity with various CMS platforms will be considered a plus for joining the team. The team works on-site at the client’s location and collaborates with other internal teams to deliver technical consulting and implement services and products for clients within our portfolio. The professional will receive extensive training to develop the necessary skills to succeed in this role on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, they will join a professional, modern, and fast-paced environment with excellence in service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Communicate with enterprise customers, internal sales teams, and service teams via phone, email, and chat as needed. * Collaborate with customers to implement web-based products and site analytics tracking tags. * Review and troubleshoot existing implementations together with customers. * Provide guidance, support, and education to customers on how to implement Google’s products. * Employ strong, clear communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues. * Deliver high-quality services that exceed customer expectations and website quality scores. * Continuously work to develop and enhance technical and interpersonal skills. * Track pending implementations. **Key Skills and Experience:** * Intermediate English * Intermediate Spanish (desirable) * Intermediate knowledge of front-end languages — HTML and JavaScript. * Strong problem-solving skills in the context of web development. * Strong communication, customer support, and relationship management skills are key interpersonal competencies. The professional must be able to adapt their technical explanation to the customer’s level to deliver the best possible customer experience. * Adaptability and flexibility: Google is a fast-paced company that changes rapidly and frequently.
