





1. Manage the company's administrative operations, including general services, facility maintenance, and contract management; 2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency; 3. Supervise the administrative team, setting goals and monitoring performance; 4. Manage all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow; 5. Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the organization's financial health; 6. Supervise the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; 7. Team management focused on financial and administrative activities. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and financial roles. 3. Prior experience in team management (administrative, financial, billing, procurement, HR — even if indirectly). 4. Proficiency in cash flow, projections, budget construction, and income statements (DRE). 5. Experience with financial indicators, feasibility analyses, cost reduction, margin, and pricing.
