Deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. * **Required Knowledge:** Advanced knowledge of chemistry, physics, mathematics, statistics, and related fields; Proficiency in data analysis and mathematical modeling techniques; Knowledge of research and development methodologies; Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the company’s area of operation; Knowledge of industrial processes and equipment. **Proven experience in developing and implementing battery-based energy storage systems, at both system and component levels, microgrids, BESS, electromobility, simulation, and lithium batteries.** Knowledge of TAF and TAC, operation, control, EMS, BMS, and batteries. Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, HOMER Pro, PVSyst, and/or PV\*SOL. Experience in prospecting, writing, and submitting projects to funding agencies and resource mobilization. Demonstrated involvement in other thematic areas of the energy transition (e.g., electric mobility, green hydrogen, etc.). * **Desirable Knowledge:** Data analysis skills (Python, SQL). Intermediate English (spoken and written). Ability to communicate technical results to diverse audiences, including industrial partners and regulatory agencies.
