Responsibility for unit maintenance and administrative tasks Job Description Will act as Unit Manager, ensuring delivery of financial results through management of people and pre\-established processes, while disseminating the company's culture and values. Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for team management: recruitment and selection, feedback, scheduling (creation and oversight), time tracking, training, development, daily performance monitoring of team members, and offboarding; * Ensure team compliance with regulations, guidelines, operational procedures, and internal policies; * Conduct periodic alignment meetings with the team to share results and promotional initiatives; * Perform evaluations with new customers; * Execute sales and re\-sales of laser hair removal packages (in\-person/online); * Monitor and deliver all financial and operational results for the unit; * Ensure adherence to the company's service standards within the unit; * Deliver excellent service: clarify inquiries, handle contract\-related matters, etc.; * Monitor and act upon NPS survey results and related customer follow\-up; * Address incidents and customer inquiries regarding treatment outcomes, providing assistance and clarifications; * Establish partnerships and conduct customer prospecting; * Plan and execute action plans for operational indicators: commercial and clinical; * Ensure proper functioning of equipment and common areas, as well as maintenance of unit hygiene and cleanliness; * Handle unit administrative tasks: report analysis and submission, helpdesk ticket creation, purchase requests, inventory management, and third\-party oversight; * Monitor and maintain up\-to\-date documentation required by regulatory authorities. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience managing sales teams and achieving results; * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Proficiency in in\-person and online sales; * Flexible working hours.
