If you are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and wish to begin your professional journey in technical support, this opportunity may be ideal for you! Your main responsibilities will include: First-level support (via chat, WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail); Recording and documenting support interactions; Creating, classifying, and tracking service tickets in the system; Assisting with onboarding new clients and conducting training sessions; Configuring equipment such as extensions, IP phones, and routers. Mandatory requirements: Enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in areas including Computer Networks, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields; Proficiency and familiarity with computers (analytical and curious mindset); Knowledge of Microsoft Office or LibreOffice; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interest in systems, networks, and customer service. Preferred qualifications: Less reserved personality and strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction; Proficiency in computing (candidates with gaming experience often perform well); Willingness to learn and grow in technical environments.
