




**100% remote** **Mondays: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM; Tuesdays to Fridays: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM (BR)** **Responsibilities:** * Provide basic technical support to teams (platforms, systems, access, simple integrations). * Assist in maintaining and configuring internal tools. * Test functionalities and identify issues in marketing, sales, and operations platforms. * Help create simple solutions for automation and process improvements. * Organize and document technical processes. * Monitor system performance and report failures. * Track technology-related requests and ensure timely delivery. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience in technical support, IT, technology, or technical operations. * Familiarity with integrations, automation, online tools, and troubleshooting. * Comfort with technology and problem-solving. * Strong organizational and clear communication skills. * Ability to quickly learn new tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, or web hosting. * Basic knowledge of HTML, APIs, or Zapier/Make. * Ability to analyze errors and propose solutions. **Selection Process:** Interviews will be conducted during afternoon and evening hours (until 9:00 PM). * Career growth path available starting at 6 months within the agency.
