Acting as the technical arm of IT, responsible for maintaining systems and equipment operating securely, stably, and in alignment with corporate policies Main Responsibilities Monitor and maintain local networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN), identifying connectivity failures, slowness, or interruptions. Perform preventive diagnostics on switches, routers, and local servers. Support IP address configuration and management, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs. Provide first- and second-level support to branch users (login issues, ERP, email, printers, ticketing system, and internet). Log, track, and close technical tickets in the corporate system, maintaining a detailed history. Train users on best practices for system usage and digital security. Support implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and corporate applications. Manage hardware and software inventory for the unit, reporting movements and replacements. Ensure antivirus updates, security patches, and local backups. Support the infrastructure team in modernization, cabling, and network expansion projects. Ensure compliance with information security policies and LGPD best practices. Manage user access, maintaining permission integrity. Assist in contingency testing, backup restoration, and security incidents. Maintain confidentiality and accountability when handling corporate data and credentials. Collaborate with Logistics, Commercial, and Administration teams to resolve technical incidents. Interact with internet service providers, third-party vendors, and external support to resolve complex failures.
