If you wish to work for a solid company offering a collaborative environment and opportunities for professional development, this could be the ideal opportunity for you! **Job Mission:** Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, focusing on ERP/CRM systems, problem diagnosis, and Service Desk assistance. Resolve incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure, contributing to the security, continuity, and efficiency of the company’s IT services. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve issues in corporate systems (ERP/CRM); * Investigate errors, system slowness, operational failures, and data inconsistencies; * Map processes to identify failure points and propose improvements; * Execute basic SQL queries and support database analysis; * Register, prioritize, and track tickets in the Service Desk tool (Milvus or similar); * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, ensuring SLA compliance; * Diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues and support Linux-related requests; * Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software; * Analyze network failures affecting system access; * Support infrastructure routines: Active Directory, permissions, GPOs, and shared resources; * Assist with backup routines and information security policies; * Document procedures, solutions, manuals, and knowledge base entries; * Collaborate with other departments and the IT team to drive continuous improvement. **Technical Requirements – Required:** * Experience with ERPs/CRMs (TOTVS, SAP Business One, Oracle, WinThor or similar); * Basic understanding of SQL for simple queries and permission analysis; * Proficiency with tools such as Milvus or similar; * Advanced Windows troubleshooting skills; * Basic/intermediate Linux knowledge (desirable); * Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and permissions; * Familiarity with Windows servers, Active Directory, GPOs, and access management; * Support experience with backup routines and information security. **Education:** * **Completed or currently pursuing a Technical or Undergraduate degree** in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in Level 1/Level 2 technical support; * Experience with large-scale ERPs; * Intermediate Linux knowledge; * Technical process documentation experience. **Competencies:** * Accurate problem analysis and diagnosis; * Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Proactivity and incident prevention; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Accountability and adherence to deadlines and SLAs; * Ability to document and create structured manuals.
