




**HR/DP Intern** **Responsibilities:** * Support employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and vacation. * Update employee records in systems (Solides, Fcerta, and spreadsheets). * Assist in scheduling admission, periodic, and termination medical examinations. * Enter medical certificates into the system. * Provide support for employee onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) processes. * Organize employee files and folders. * Update vacation and leave controls in the system. * Assist in distributing payslips to employees. * Support the management and payment of benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others). * Assist in recording and tracking vacations, 13th salary, and generating reports. * Support employee timekeeping management. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Interest in working and learning in the Personnel Department area. **Benefits:** * Stipend: R$ 1,000.00 * Transportation allowance: R$ 350.00
