Position Mission We are seeking an intern to join our events team, playing a critical role in organizing operational demands and managing contracts related to events. If you are organized, proactive, skilled at handling multiple tasks, and eager to learn about event management, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** Support execution of event, lecture, workshop, and seminar schedules aligned with each internal ACATE department’s objectives Prepare budgets and sponsorship/supplier contracts Assist with online or hybrid event broadcasting Address requests from partners co-sponsoring events with ACATE Maintain contact with speakers and guests to confirm attendance and operational details Contribute to strategic event planning Coordinate the event calendar alongside other communication and marketing initiatives Provide support to the marketing and communications team for event promotion Produce photos for promotion and documentation Assist with post-event processes, including documentation organization and supplier payment requests Desired Competencies Prior experience organizing events Familiarity with administrative routines Passion for working on events of various formats and scales Interest in the innovation ecosystem, entrepreneurship, technology, and startups Desired Skills Strong organizational ability Proficiency with G-Suite Effective communication and writing skills **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Tourism If you seek professional growth and development within an innovative environment close to the university district, this position is for you!
