If you enjoy dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environments, this is the place for you! ### **What You’ll Do Here** * Be the voice of Recrut.AI, delivering delightful support to candidates and companies using our platform. * Respond to and resolve tickets, questions, and requests—always prioritizing empathy, clarity, and speed. * Investigate unexpected platform behaviors (those mischievous bugs or tricky questions) and collaborate with the team to resolve them. * Monitor tickets and interactions to ensure no one is left unanswered! * Create and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases, FAQs, and self-service materials. ### **About the Internship** * Hybrid — 3 days per week in the office (100% in-person for the first three months) * Workload: 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week * **Start date: January 4, 2025** ### **What We Expect From You** * Strong written communication skills (you’ll be writing a lot!). * Logical reasoning, text interpretation, and powerful critical analysis. * Genuine interest in people—understanding users’ pain points and making a difference in their day. * Curiosity about technology, digital products, and innovation. * Proactivity in solving problems and seeking solutions (no waiting for things to land in your lap). ### **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Communications, Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or related fields. * At least one year remaining until graduation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Intermediate English proficiency ### **Nice-to-Have Qualifications That Make Our Eyes Sparkle** * Experience (professional or daily use) with AI tools such as ChatGPT, ChatGPT Teams, Claude, Perplexity, or similar. * Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc. * Some experience (e.g., academic projects or freelance work) in customer service, support, or interpersonal relationship management. * Comfort with digital platforms and SaaS products.
