With a strategic and robust business model, we seek qualified professionals to strengthen our team and drive our growth. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** The HR Assistant will provide strategic and operational support to HR processes in a generalist capacity. Responsibilities include interacting with candidates and employees, organizing HR data and metrics, maintaining employee benefits, and reinforcing organizational culture through internal initiatives and institutional communication. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, promotion, resume screening, initial interviews, forwarding candidates to managers for subsequent stages, and providing feedback (both positive and negative); * Maintain an up-to-date talent pool and track recruitment processes organized via Google Drive and management spreadsheets; * Support and coordinate employer branding initiatives, including scheduling social media posts on LinkedIn and Instagram for the employer brand; * Provide support for internal marketing activities and internal campaigns aligned with company culture and the institutional calendar; * Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing job descriptions according to organizational changes and structure; * Monitor new employee experience evaluations, track milestone deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up with managers and the HR team; * Support the onboarding of new employees, contributing to a welcoming and structured integration process; * Ensure proper organization and integrity of HR information and documents, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards; * Administer employee benefits (procurement, management, etc.); * Maintain employee time tracking records. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields); * Prior generalist HR experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Ifood Meal Voucher ($36.30/day); * Starbem Program, offering free online medical consultations; * AVUS Program, providing discounts on medical exams and pharmacies; * Welhub (formerly Gympass); * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance; * Unimed health plan (co-payment); * Birthday Day Off; * Public transportation voucher with legally mandated discounts. **Join us and be part of our growth in the automotive sector!**
