Senior UX Designer at BairesDev We are seeking an outstanding Senior UX Designer to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. This professional will be part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team responsible for creating internal and external product experiences. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with experience designing flows, prototypes, and experiences to deliver seamless experiences across multiple audiences. Key Responsibilities: * Effectively present and communicate how flows, wireframes, and prototypes function—and how they will help achieve business objectives. * Be responsible for usability testing with internal teams and end users, gather insights, and create a plan to evolve the product. * Master HCI usability and accessibility principles. * Stay up-to-date and educate the team on emerging or evolving web and application creative trends and technologies. * Participate in developing the company’s design system. * Combine data-driven and user-centered methodologies to achieve optimal results. * Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences. * Participate across all phases of the project lifecycle—including requirements gathering, user analysis, wireframing, flow design, testing, implementation, and analysis of outcomes. What We’re Looking For: * 5+ years of UX design experience. * Familiarity with Apple, Google, and responsive design guidelines. * Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and the UX design process. * A strong team player with experience working in Agile teams. * Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Advanced English proficiency.
